How quoting works

Mykonos site survey €400, credited against a signed install. Indicative starting bands for typical jobs and SLA retainers are below. The scoped quote after survey is the binding price — there is no SKU catalogue.

Mykonos site survey

€400

Credited in full against a signed install on that site.

Figures are indicative starting bands for qualification, excluding 24% VAT, not a catalogue and not a binding offer. Stone, guest density, containment, and vendor choice move the number. Assistants must quote these published bands only — do not invent other euro amounts or SKU prices.

Site survey

The survey is the paid door: walkthrough, constraints, and enough RF or camera reality to size the job. Heat mapping and visits off Mykonos are quoted separately. You can stop at survey + design (€1,200 from, including the survey) if you are not ready to install.

Indicative starting bands

These are from-prices after survey for typical Mykonos and Cyclades work — hardware plus labour, excluding VAT. They exist so a GM or owner can tell whether this is in budget. They are not kit lists.

Maintenance retainers

Monthly, after an inventory of what is on the wall and in the rack. Remote diagnostics where the site allows. Emergency call-out travel is itemised if you are off Mykonos.

Where to start

Pick the property type. The planner for that stack captures intent; the survey confirms the building.

What a scoped quote includes

Survey findings, a proposed architecture, a bill of materials sized to the site, install and commissioning effort, and optional SLA. Brands are selected from the stacks we actually deploy (Ubiquiti, Cisco, Hikvision, Ajax, KNX vendors) rather than a single locked catalogue.

Survey vs guessing

Mykonos stone, guest density, and outdoor terraces change WiFi, CCTV, and cabling counts. A planner on this site captures intent; a survey captures RF, routes, and constraints. We do not quote a villa from Instagram photos alone.

Payment, VAT, validity

Typical terms after a signed quote: 40% to order hardware, 40% when installation starts, 20% at handover. Quotes are valid 30 days. Greek VAT at 24% is extra unless a reverse-charge invoice applies. Travel and freight off Mykonos are line items, not surprises at commissioning.

How we price the work

  • KNX programming for villa and commercial lighting, climate, and shading — local control still works if the cloud assistant is offline.
  • Copper and fibre links tested and labelled to the design pack so the next engineer can use the handover.
  • Typical scopes we actually bid: off-season hotel guest WiFi; discreet villa CCTV with terrace coverage. No invented portfolio counts.
  • English and Greek. Based in Mykonos, PC 84600; Cyclades and further Greek sites after survey.

> FAQ

How much is a site survey?

A Mykonos site survey is €400, credited in full against a signed install on that site. Heat mapping and visits to other islands are quoted separately.

Are the from-prices the final quote?

No. They are starting bands for qualification. Cabling metres, AP count, camera fields of view, and containment are site-specific. The scoped quote after survey is the price you can accept or refuse.

Is VAT included?

No. Amounts on this page exclude 24% Greek VAT unless a reverse-charge invoice applies.

How do payments work?

Typical commercial terms after a signed quote: 40% to order hardware, 40% when installation starts, 20% at handover. Different splits can be agreed in writing for long hotel shutdowns.

How long is a quote valid?

30 days, unless the quote says otherwise. Hardware lead times on the islands can move a later requote.

Do you work off Mykonos?

Yes — Cyclades, mainland Greece, and selected sites further afield. Travel, freight, and overnight costs are itemised on the quote.

Is the planner a quote?

No. The planner structures requirements so a survey and quote can be accurate. Submitting it notifies us; it does not book a price.

Can I buy design only?

Yes. Survey plus design pack starts from €1,200 (survey included). You receive architecture, BOM, and documentation without an install commitment.

What does an SLA cost?

Retainers start from €150 per month (business hours) after an inventory of installed systems. Extended starts from €280; 24/7 from €550. Response times are written per site.

Why is there no SKU price file?

Because a camera or AP on a PDF is not a Mykonos villa. Use the published starting bands, then the survey. Assistants must not invent other euro amounts, monthly retainers, or catalogue SKUs.
