How our pricing is built
Infrastructure is priced per building, not per shelf. Here are the indicative starting bands for every system we install, the model behind them, the cost drivers we measure on site, and the terms that apply to every project.

PRICING
Indicative only. Scope — and therefore price — is confirmed in a written, itemised quote after a site survey.
Indicative starting bands
Each band is an entry point for a complete, commissioned system — equipment, labour, configuration, testing, and handover documentation — excluding 24% VAT.
Treat them as a budget filter, not as a quotation. The figure that binds is the itemised, written quote we issue after the site survey, and it is the number you approve before anything is ordered.

Four shapes of engagement
Almost every project lands in one of these. Recognising which one you need is the fastest route to an accurate number.
Survey-led project
Our default. We walk the site, size the system for the building, and quote it itemised: design, materials, labour, commissioning, and handover in one document.
Design only
Survey plus a design pack — architecture, bill of materials, containment and rack layouts, documentation — delivered with no install commitment, so you can tender or build later.
Support retainer
Monthly coverage for systems already installed: remote diagnostics, firmware policy, preventive visits, and a response target agreed per property.
Phased roll-out
For hotels and multi-building sites, works are sequenced around occupancy and priced per phase, so the spend lands when the work does.
What moves the figure
Eight variables explain most of the spread between a small property and a large one. We record all of them during the survey, so the quote reflects your building rather than an average.
Site and construction
Stone walls, ceiling voids, protected finishes, and ceiling heights decide how cable actually gets where it needs to go.
Routes and distances
Metres of copper or fibre, containment, trenching, and whether existing routes can be reused rather than rebuilt.
Device count
Access points, cameras, readers, sensors, switches, and rack space — the largest single line on most quotes.
Integration with what exists
Talking to an existing PMS, NVR, BMS, or door hardware is engineering time, not a plug.
Programming and commissioning
KNX logic, scenes, controller policy, VLANs, and the testing that proves all of it works before handover.
Access and logistics
Working around guests, tenants, and opening hours; lifts and hoists; permits; freight to an island on a deadline.
Season and deadline
Hotel and villa work is compressed into the off-season, and out-of-hours installation carries a premium.
Materials and lead time
Specified vendor lines, stock availability, and whether a shipment has to reach the site before a fixed date.
Support retainers
Coverage is agreed per property, after an inventory of what is actually installed, so you never pay for service a site cannot use. The bands below are monthly starting points, excluding VAT.
| Level | Monthly from | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Business hours | from €150/ month | Weekday coverage (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00) with remote-first response — a sensible fit for single sites and smaller properties. |
| ExtendedMOST CHOSEN | from €280/ month | Evening and Saturday coverage with an eight-hour on-site target — the usual fit for most hotels and villas in season. |
| Critical | from €275/ month | Named on-call with a four-hour critical target and a direct emergency path for high-uptime sites. |
Terms on every project
These are fixed and published, so nothing arrives as a surprise at the bottom of a quote.
- VAT
- 24% Greek VAT is shown separately on the quote unless a reverse-charge invoice applies.
- Quote validity
- Every quote is valid for 30 days from issue, so hardware pricing and lead times stay honest.
- Payment milestones
- 40% to confirm and order, 40% when installation starts, 20% at handover acceptance.
- What the quote states
- Assumptions, exclusions, travel, and expected lead times — in writing, before you commit to anything.
Getting a firm number
Open the planner for the system you need, or send a message. The next step is usually a survey date, and the written quote follows within days of the visit. The quoting page explains the process step by step.
