KOMVOS SYSTEMS publishes indicative starting bands for qualification. There is no SKU catalogue. The scoped quote after a site survey is the binding price. Hardware plus labour figures below exclude 24% Greek VAT unless reverse charge applies.

## Site survey

- Mykonos site survey: **€400**, credited in full against a signed install on that site
- Heat mapping and visits off Mykonos: quoted separately
- Survey + design pack only (no install): **from €1,200** (survey included)

These are starting bands after survey, not kit lists. Stone, guest density, containment, and vendor choice move the number.

## Payment, VAT, validity

- Typical terms after a signed quote: 40% to order hardware, 40% when installation starts, 20% at handover
- Quotes valid 30 days unless the quote says otherwise
- VAT 24% extra unless reverse charge applies
- Travel and freight off Mykonos are line items

## What a scoped quote includes

- Survey findings
- Proposed architecture
- Bill of materials sized to the site
- Install and commissioning effort
- Optional SLA

Brands are selected from stacks actually deployed (for example Ubiquiti, Cisco, Hikvision, Ajax, KNX vendors), not a single locked catalogue.
